1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Roulytic.com, the planned Roulytic.app service, waitlist and contact forms, user accounts when introduced, and related support communications. Roulytic is being developed from Guyana for a potentially international user base.

5. Payments

Roulytic intends to use third-party payment providers for paid plans. Full payment credentials should be entered into the provider's secure checkout environment rather than stored directly by Roulytic. Roulytic may retain transaction identifiers, payment status, plan type, renewal information, and limited billing records needed to manage an account and meet record-keeping obligations.

For Guyana customers, MMG is planned as a local payment option. International card checkout will use a provider that approves Roulytic's business model before integration.

6. Data retention

Roulytic should retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, account operation, security, legal obligations, dispute handling, and legitimate business records. Specific retention periods will be finalized before public account launch.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Roulytic should provide a practical way to request privacy assistance through support@roulytic.com.

Guyana enacted the Data Protection Act 2023. The final production policy should be reviewed for the specific duties and rights that apply to Roulytic's actual business structure and processing activities.

8. Security

Roulytic should use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the data being processed, including secure hosting, access controls, encrypted connections, limited administrative access, and third-party payment checkout. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
